Play instead of making a normal SEARCH. Make a competitive THINK test against another Tomb Raider at the same location. If you succeed, swap one of your target's Item discoveries for one of yours. Both items become unsaved.
Why keep that nice shiny new one when you can have mine? It's nicely broken in!
